Appearence: Blonde hair with red streaks, red eyes

Personality: Tough and doessn;t take no for an answer.

History: Lost her parents and moved to Rogue Haven with family friend, Hiharu. She dies not log after. Ever since, Rahzel has lived in the city for nomads, tricksters, and mischeif makers. The land was named well.
